Overview of the Imputation Service

The imputation service is available through both a web-based user interface (UI) and command-line interface (CLI). Both accept data from your local compute environment. When you upload your data and submit a job using the CLI or UI, the service launches a job to our secure cloud service on your behalf; you will receive an email once the job completes, and can use another terminal command or visit the UI to download the output. You’ll have two weeks to download your data before it is deleted.

Note: You must agree to the Terms of Service with every job submission.
