Using the User Interface

To use the Imputation Service user interface, go to services.terra.bio and log in with your Terra account. If you don't already have a Terra account, you'll be prompted to create one during the Sign In process.

The Imputation Service UI is divided into three tabs:

Run Job

After logging in, you'll be directed to the Run Job page, which will allow you to submit new imputation jobs and view quota information. Before submitting any jobs, we recommend reviewing the Input VCF requirements.

Job History

You can view the full history of all jobs you've submitted to the service in the Job History tab. You'll be able to take actions such as viewing and downloading the outputs, as well as viewing any errors associated with your jobs that may have failed.

Tip: Jobs submitted using the command line interface can be viewed and monitored through the user interface, and vice versa.
