The imputation service uses Terra behind the scenes, which is a FedRAMP Moderate environment and approved by the NIH for use with controlled-access data. Learn more about Terra’s security.
If you don't already have a Terra account, you will need to create one to use with the imputation service.
- Go to https://services.terra.bio
- Click "Get Started"
- Sign-in with a Google or Microsoft account.
- Follow the prompts and accept Terra’s Terms of Service
